whats up forum? New guy to the forum, but not new to cars or evos. making the switch from evom to here because well evom seems to be falling apart. Ive been into cars all my life. i own a 2003 evo 8, and a 600+ hp honda. yes a know... a HONDA. I hope this forum is just as good, if not better than what evom use to be.

sorry for all the god forsaken links... cant figure out how to post pics straight to the post. obviously gonna take a bit to get use to this site. first two are of the evo. third is of the head and turbo in the honda. dont really have recent pics of the honda as im still not sure of what chasis the motor is going in. its still a project as of now at least for the next few months.

dj_rock the setup in the honda is basically just a super huge turbo lol only way to make power in those things right?

If you want a full list its basically a b18 non vtec motor stroked to a 2.2l with a 95mm stroke crank 84.5mm bore. dart tall deck block (which cost me my right testicle=$2600) cp pistons, crower long rods, light weight knive edged 95mm crank, acl race bearings, pr4 head casting ported by portflow, chambers opened up to 84mm, 3 angle valve job, valve guides, supertech seals, crower dual springs and titanium retainers and titanium keepers, crower +.5mm oversize valves, skunk 2 pro intake manifold, edelbrock 68mm tb, arp 1/2 inch head studs, cometic hg, mugen thermostat, samco hoses, toga oil pump, moroso oil pan and oil pickup, act streetlight flywheel and sprung 6 puck clutch, act extreme pressure plate, full race pro manifold, precision 6776h turbo, custom dp and exhaust, full race backdoor ic and piping, FB dual pump hanger and walbro 255's -10an in and -8an return, aem fuel rail and regulator (probably switching to aeromotive regulator), id1600's, msd sport compact ignition box, msd 8.5 wires (prob going to aem pencil coils), Aem cam gears, crower stg 2 turbo cams, fluidampr crank pulley, tial mvr 44mm wg, all tuned on hondata s300. might have left a few things out, but basically nothing is stock in this motor besides the actual aluminum in the head that came from the factory... but that was changed when portflow got ahold of it. and for those wondering i had the honda before the evo and wanted to finish this build before starting the evo build.

the evo is next to go under the knife and i have bigger plans but prob not as extensive. prob just go with an fp black manley rods and probley ross or je pistons and maybe... MAYBE a FF kit. i wouldnt mind having a toxicfab FF stock location manifold with an fp black, BR or FB double pumper, FIC 1650's all tuned on ecuflash by Chris @ Mellon Racing who just finished tuning my current setup last week.
