Last year was a great season - We made 50+ passes with the Red Demon, and plan on making even more in 2012Our best pass was a 8.62 @ 168mph in the 1/4 mile, and a MPH best of 170.8mph!! After capturing the 2G AWD record last year, the #1 priority for the start of the 2012 season was to get the cage finished and certified.
Some of the changes to the car for 2012 are:
1. JMF Drag Intake Manifold replaced with a Magnus Cast V3 Intake Manifold
2. Kiggly Racing 12 tooth crank trigger wheel, so ignition timing is based off crankshaft position; not camshaft position
3. STM Front Drag Brake Kit
4. TMZ Performance Rear Drag Brake Kit
5. Brake Booster Delete Kit
6. Hydraulic staging brake
7. D2 Drag coilovers
8. GM alternator conversion
9. AngryAero Front Lip

Can't wait to get her to the track soon!

The input shaft looks fine so all I need is a 3rd gear bearing and I can put the trans back in the car.

Thanks, just got the PPG bearing from Shep today. Ready to make some more progress!!
Took a trip out to Byron Dragway on Saturday to get the car NHRA certified. It passed, no problem, and got certified to go 8.50's. After talking to the NHRA official, the next step would be to put in a 25.5 cage in the car. It would be adding another 20 or so bars to the cage, maybe next year

At MIR, I meet a new friend that happened to have a Magnus chromoly rear subframe that he was selling at a great price.
That seemed to have taken care of the diff issues.
