I am ordering new injectors soon, and was just wondering the difficulty level of installing them? Also if someone would be able to post a step by step for it.. that would be greatly appreciated!!!
Thanks,

NJ, did you install the injectors yet? I installed mine and isn't bad. Let me know if you completed yet.

Remove the sparkplug cover.
Unplug o2 sensor, crank position sensor, and the two other plugs that come from that harness (don't know what they are off the top of my head). One of them is kinda under the intake manifold, but isn't too difficult to get to.
Pull the little metal clips off the plugs of the injectors with a tiny flat head screwdriver. They're spring loaded so they'll fly when they release.
After you have everything in that harness unplugged, unbolt the clips from the valve cover and pull it aside to the driver's side.
Unbolt the fuel rail from the intake manifold. Pull it up until the injectors clear the intake manifold. You may want to disconnect some of the stuff from the rail to get it out as much as you can. I did it without, and while it worked sometimes it was a tight squeeze.
Anyways, once the injectors are pulled from the manifold (keep track of the rubber washer things), twist, back and forth, and pull them from the rail. It will take a little bit of effort, but they'll come.
Take your new injectors, lube up the orings with a little oil and pop them back into the rail reverse of removal.
Reset the rubber washer things back into the manifold. Carefully (extra set of hands will help) align and push the rail/injectors back into the manifold.
Bolt down the rail and plug everything back in and bolt everything back together.
It really isn't that bad of a job. Me and my buddy changed mine out in about 30-45 minutes. Evoscan comes in really handy now as you can turn on the fuel pump for a little bit to make sure there's no leaks.

This link from Norcal Evo is a very good write up with good pictures.

I just put a FIC1050 last weekend using this.
My advice, be patient; this takes a little time because of tight space but pretty much straightforward.
When they say unbolt the FPR and fuell supply from the fuel rail it means unbolt and disconnect both of them. There is a tube with rubber seal on the FPR and fuel supply line and you will have to pry the flanges apart to take them out so you can remove the fuel rail with injectors out of the car.
The right side (when facing the car) fuel rail to manifold bolt is a little challenging but with the right tools (socket extensions, wobble) its not a problem. Don't forget to slightly oil the rings and make sure the old rings are out and not left in the manifold.
Don't be afraid to do this. I would rather do this than the walbro pump install as at least I can see what I'm against with.
Take your time and don't hurry. It took me 1.5 hrs doing it carefully.
Also, depending on how big you are putting in, you need to rescale your injector scaling via Ecuflash. Other wise your car won't know it and dump a lot of fuel and won't idle.
Good luck and let us know if you hit a snag.

255 installs are a PITA. I couldn't get it in for the life of me, but I realized how to do it while in a dream. lol
Injectors are a pain too, at least that is how I remember them from my 2g days.
