I don't remember exactly. Over an inch in the front and less than an inch in the back.

Who knows. You'd have to try both to see. Everybody has a different opinion in which spring is better. These are progressive rate and the initial rate is similar to stock. So I don't think the struts will wear out. Because the progressive part of the coils are very close together when the car is sitting on the ground, they will easily go to their stiffer rate and handle better than stock.

Oh, I forgot to add.
The front 2 are on. It looks a bit silly with rake in the front, but I'll get the rears on tomorrow night.

Not much to talk about with the install. You take the struts out. You compress the springs. You remove the spring. You compress the new spring. You put on new spring. You put struts back on the car. Done.

The back has a front / under hood shot of an evo 8/9 (I honestly can't tell them apart).
It's cool. Though he got my name wrong on the package. Maybe I'm supposed to split it with Matt, cause it said, Matt Golden.

I honestly can't tell any difference unless I corner really hard. The car doesn't lean as much.
What springs do you have? (And Nate. I know FatM has the awesome coilovers)

Yes thats right, it's a FP Red. It is ported, polished and coated. Golden will be kissing the 500 hp mark very soon. Briana is buying this for me for my Birthday / Christmas presents. I mentioned that I found a really good deal on a used one and it sucks that I didn't have money for it. She offered to get it for me.
I'm also going to get one of these to put on at the same time. My DP install was a huge pain in the ass last time, so I really don't want to mess with it this time.

I also ordered one of these today too, as the FP has a 3" inlet and my AEM won't match up to it very well.
