Well I have been putting off getting the video's up from last weeks test n tune night but here it is.

Car was running pretty good. I took the air filter off and after each run put about 2 turns in the boost controller. Not really sure how much more boost the car was running but I figure it was only like 2 psi more. The First run was a 1.7 60ft and 2nd was also 1.7, but the 3rd run I got some tire spin and pulled a 1.8. The track was holding pretty good, I was surprised I didn't get alot more tire spin.

Hmm wouldn't taking the air filter off mess with the tune enough to make the car run poorly?

Shouldn't because the car is speed density, it will adjust to whatever air goes in. But really I dont think this matters, if you take your air filter off shouldn't mess with the tune.

Thanks for the comments, I know the car has more in it but just needed more track time, there is a few more things I want to do to the car before I go back which hopefully will help out. But Im just enjoying the car right now and driving it, instead of it sitting ripped apart.

I got a fuel rail and some injectors, but if you dont want them let me know and Im going to list them and try to make some money on some parts that are laying around.

on my mbc 2 turns would def be more than 2lbs, and correct me if im wrong but speed density does not auto adjust it self at all?

No it was at Gateway, Its got michelin pilot sport tires. Nothing special, I think the track was just holding really good that night. Yea Im not really sure how much boost was for each turn but after talking to my brother he said that I may have maxed out my spring in my boost control maybe and it may have not been adding anymore boost, which kinda makes sense because I really didn't pick anything up from the extra turns. As far as the speed density, Im not really sure how it works, you could be right as far as the speed density not adjusting for boost levels but thats what I pretty much took from it. I just know that when I got the car tuned at mkc, chad told me that If I wanted to put some turns in it at the track that I could. Chris converted it over to speed density. he knows more than I do for sure about all that stuff maybe he could chime in.

Speed Density will adjust for the added boost. However the 3 bar map sensor in his car will only read to 33 psi after that the speed density will not know what to do. It will be running blind so to speak. It will add enough fuel for the 33psi even if the car is running 40psi=lean condition and boom.
