I used to goto B-Street auto for repair. They are very professional but after having to take my old sunfire back 2 or 3 times due to a shitty job (they installed some back lights are dirt all over the inside and wasted my time since I had to drop it off again so the jackass who hit me had to pay another $1K for a brand new part). They have a rental place right inside too which is nice but like I said, I think they've become too big.

I also a guy when I was getting my wheel installed where's a good shop and he said a shop in a area hidden on L St between 144th and 132nd. I forgot the name but I'm trying to try to find it next week and get a quote to get some rust removed.

Second this thread...the only experience I had was with Professional Automotive Services on Q and about 132nd. This was a while back, but they did a great job taking over of a truly fubared Nissan Sentra SE-R ($10k in damages)...matched a crazy sparkle blue paint PERFECTLY.

If anybody has any recommendations, I'm game...just got my front bumper (lip) estimated at $700+ from the place above, but it might go through insurance. Haven't decided yet... :-(

$700+ for a lip to get painted or for a brand new one? Sounds a bit rediculous, even for a new one. Do you have the name of the shop so I can give them a call?

I'm pretty sure they were quoting a whole new lip, they said some of the scratches were too deep to repair. Plus it was a quote specifically for my insurance, so it might have been a little higher than just cash.

There was also a little damage to the plastic piece underneath so I think they were just trying to cover ALL needed or possible repairs.

No problem, if you end up getting work done, tell them I sent you their way...I'm sure they know my car by now.

Do you happen to know if they do Vinyl as well?

I took my truck to Bellevue Collision Repair and they did a pretty good job, but I remember them being a little pricy too.
