should i turn the car on while checking?
yea, how else are u gonna know if theres a vacuum or boost issue without any vacuum and boost going on lol
so how would i check the leak if the car is vacuuming? its in the -15 when idle
listen for vacuum leaks and also just mist like break or carb cleaner over the hoses and shit, ull notice real quick if anything is leaking..u can also just use soapy water on everything and if u see bubbles coming from connections or hoses its leaking
sorry. but there is this little hose its going to somthing inside the car maybe the psi controller and its in bad shape i took it out nd there is air coming out of it. its a see threw hose little one like 1 mm lol when i took it out the engine sound changed
from what i can see on the pic of your manual boost controller your boost controller lines are all standard black vacuum hoses. as for which hose ur talking about that i wouldnt be able to know without seeing the car

I would bet there used to be a mechanical gauge inside the car. I would also bet the car used to have a lot more parts on it and was hurried back to stock to get traded in. You really need someone who knows these cars better to go through it to better help you. Where are you located? We have a ton of vendors on here around the midwest who can help you.
not the boost control lines i mean the psi gauge lines that show inside the car how many psi it has. that line, the car runs good tho i tryed to see if anything is leaking but there isnt no leaks i dont think it has a leak could it be that the psi gauge is not installed right because i dont even have light on it at night?
I am in Iowa, Des Moines.
try blocking off the end of that hose and driving it, see how it feels
oh man it seems like a bad idea lol when i unpluged it car sounded like it had no power
yea unplugged, so put something in the end of the hose to clamp it off without a leak..but as chris just said, theres tons of people on here who can look at it, im also thinking it was modded and rushed back to stock so theres probably quite a few issues with the car..im in texas so i cant look at it
i dont think so the headers and all that stuff looks like it has never been taken off, its like rusty as hell also the intercooler pipes are stock and the intercooler is not.
well is there anyone in des moines iowa that can come out and see my car??

11 psi is the stock wastegate pressure btw. I only say put back to stock because of the small battery kit which is usually only used on short route piping. The piping is way easier to remove than an intercooler. A stock 9 turbo and manifold can make 400awhp on e85. Someone turned that mbc down for a reason.
ahh shit! so your saying this car has been modded before? well idk i got it from an auction for 13gz lol
i got it for 13gz because someone vandilized it and had salvage title.
what is mbc mean?
oh ok. so why do you think the psi only goes to 11psi? the car runs really good tho.

The boost controller is turned down or not hooked up. In your first picture on your photobucket its the purple knob next to the filter. The line from the turbo outlet should go to the inlet of the mbc and the mbc goes out to the wastegate. From the picture I cant tell where that teed line goes that is above the coolant hose.
chris is it me or do they have the mbc connected to the freaking bov?
is their any videos on youtube on how to turn it on? because i have no clue how to make it.

I honestly wouldnt touch it until you know the car is sound. I cant tell where that t line goes off the bov line.
okkay i will go take more pictures where the lines go and i will send you them.
yea it looks like one goes to the BOV and the other one cant figure out where it goes, but from what i can see it doesnt look like it goes to anything at all
ok i got the pics of where it goes ok ill post in min
