My Personal NEW set up!! ToxicFab! Inconel what?

I felt my car had been neglected long enough and needed some high quality, hand fabricated parts on it! This is so i can show people/customers my car when they ask about my products.

first my prototype O2 dump out the hood never fit the way i wanted it to, so i decided when i would redo it, I would use all .049 wall 625 inconel tube on the job. i also wanted to utilize a 2 and 3/8th" dump tube over my original 2" design. so here is what i came up with.

these pics are installed on a customers car, but i wanted to show how perfect the slash cut angle was on matching the hood.

Next one my list was a new (brushed) manifold rather then a coated to also show off the quality of my welds.

so here is my new Sch40 All stainless manifold with a hand ported gasket matched head flange. Large runner as always.





also wanted to show the size of the bevel on the sch40 pipe, all single pass welded.

new QM 8 leg street/strip courtesy of Strictly Modified!


New intake manifold i did some porting on, gasket matched, welded and ported for the new FB 70mm throttle body (a lot of work).

also some new FIC 1150's high Z, AEM fuel rail, tovic 100psi fp gauge, AEM 3.5 bar map and adapter (switching to speed density) few fitting welded shut and blended as well as a push lock fitting or two (thanks gonzo), also drilled and tapped the map bung for M6x1.0 for fun, all hardware will be stainless as well, last but not least glass blasted the hell out of it for a like new shine.




and last for now, is the beast of all slim fans sense the cbrd fan just wont keep my car cool.

SPAL fan and relay set up, flows a billion cfm per second..

under the mesh would mean a engine bay full of soot, ive been running one out the hood for over 6 months now and have not once burned paint, nor have i even had one peace of soot or dirty rain water come out on my paint. now if its full of water from the car sitting out while it rained, and i get it and hit boost, by the time my car is warmed up its usually a steam cloud that blows out, maybe a little water on the wind shield but thats it. not messy, or at all a problem. its my favorite mod by far.

I have been out of town, but once I get back we will be putting these new parts on and doing a full SD tune on the car. Collins car is way under its potential right now due to the previous tunes and slipping clutch. We get so caught up in working on everyone else's car that we tend to deny the attention our personal cars deserve. We will have her up and running great soon and im sure Collin will keep you all updated with the results and maybe some nice pics or videos of it in action.

This is the last polished set up i can do by hand, any further orders will be out sourced for polishing as my hands cant take it and it really takes to long to be effective for me to keep up with orders.

with that being said, i figured id go out with a bang!
