FS: 2006 Evo IX MR - $20k

As much as I hate to do this, I have for sale my 2006 Lancer Evo IX MR.
The car has 66k miles on it.
The car lived through a hail storm in Lake Saint Louis and sustained one large dent on the roof and multiple on the hood. I got an estimate to fix it for $1800.
I did the 60k maintenance (Timing belt, water pump, accessory belts and driveline fluids) and have the paperwork to show it.
Summer wheels are on there now (Konig Villains) instead of the BBS
I have never run anything but 93 Octane through the car to promote the best performance.
The car is almost completely stock with just an aftermarket exhaust on it. I still have the stock exhaust sitting in my garage if the buyer wants it.
This car will have no problem passing safety or emissions inspections and it runs perfect. I have a clean and clear title in hand and have the CARFAX history.
I do not want to sell it but a divorce has landed me in a bad situation.

Yeah it definately needs a new hood which I am debating whether I want to buy a stock CF one or just sell her as-is. I found a DSM CF hood and Evo CF hood both shipped to my door for $800. There is one large dent on the roof, but outside of that it is pretty clean. There are hail dents here and there but not really noticable until really close. Feel free to contact me, I am in no rush to sell at least untill I get the boot out of my house. I'll post pics ASAP with the hail damage.

My evaluation of this is that my car in perfect shape is $22k+ and with the $2k worth of hail damage which I am still debating on fixing is right around $20k. Outside of those two cosmetic issues the car is flawless. It runs PERFECT and I have done all the PM on it so that you don't have to worry about anything going out or going bad for a while. All in all I have about $27k into the car and would like to get a good majority of that back, but I am realistic. So shoot me offers.

Yeah if I hadn't bought Matt's car I would have jumped all over this. If you put this on EvoM I'd say price it more around 22k or so.

I ended up getting $18k for it. But dont worry I'll have another Evo in no time. Times are just tough right now and i need money bad. Once i find the deal i am looking for ill buy. Sh!t if I found a GG Evo IX tomorrow I might buy it for the right price and sell my dsm and Z. But anyway you guys keep me up to date and let me know whats going on and if anyone has a steal on a GG. For the time being ill be lurking...
